Customer Support & Cancellations

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via the phone number above. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the trip to receive a refund on your deposit.
• Trips canceled due to mechanical, medical, or weather-related issues will also receive a deposit refund.
